We charge a £50 non-refundable transition fee to cover the costs incurred by the 2 x 2 hour settling in sessions that your child will have with us before he/she starts. These sessions are not covered by the funding grant. During the first session your child’s allocated key person/ room senior will spend time with and your child and talk about your child’s likes/ dislikes including food, sleeping preferences and patterns, comforters etc. Included in your first visit will be the enrolment to our FAMLY app. You will receive all of your child’s notifications such as their educational progress, their meals & snacks eaten, sleep times etc. The staff member will continue to spend 1 to 1 time with your child to form bonds.
During your second visit, extra staff will be allocated to your child’s room to allow your child’s key person to be ‘freed up’ to spend the session with your child 1 to 1.
If you decide to cancel your place before the settling in sessions take place, your transition fee will be retained to cover the costs incurred by reserving a space for your child.
We charge £5.50 per hour for any hour booked outside of your funded hours. Meals are charged at £3.30 for all 3 meals. Breakfast and/or tea only are charged at £1.50 per meal. Snacks are charged at 20p per snack.
There are no hidden costs for different age ranges or for any chosen booking times.
Six weeks’ notice is required to receive an 100% discount for all holiday days taken. Discount is issued on a two weeks pro rata basis. Your holiday dates can be booked via the FAMLY app. All absences due to sickness will be charged at the full rate.
We will add a late collection charge of £5 for every 5 minutes for children not collected within your booking time. This is to cover staff costs.
We charge a late payment fee of £10 or 10% (whichever is the greater) for all outstanding balances the remain unpaid after the last working day prior to care given.
A charge of £5 will be added to your April invoice each year to cover the cost of sun cream that we apply to your child throughout the summer months.

15 hours of free childcare for 3 year olds - All 3 year olds are eligible for up to 15 hours from the term after their 3rd birthday.
30 hours of free childcare for children from 9 months old - Working parents can also claim up to 30 free funded hours during term time when both parents earn at least the equivalent of 16 hours per week on the national minimum wage per week ( or one parent in a single parent family) Funding is available from the term after your child is 9 months old. The Nursery is open for 51 weeks per year, closing only on Bank Holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year for which there is no charge.
If you choose a term time place for your child you might want to add additional sessions during the school holidays. Session can be arranged as and when required. The sessions are ideal for children who may become unsettled from a term break.
All children attending the nursery will be offered a morning and afternoon nutritious snack and a drink of milk or water. A charge for snack will be added to your monthly invoice. Snack can be blended for babies.
Nursery meals can be purchased and will be added to your invoice. Alternatively you can supply a packed lunch for your child.
